These Terms govern your access to and use of My Latin Love. By creating an account, browsing profiles, sending messages, buying a membership or boost, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use My Latin Love if you are barred from using dating, social, or communication services under applicable law.
2. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate registration and profile information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
3. Dating Safety
My Latin Love helps people discover and communicate with potential matches, but we do not guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions, or offline safety. Use good judgment, protect your personal information, and meet in public places when meeting someone for the first time.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the photos, profile details, messages, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant My Latin Love a limited license to host, display, process, moderate, and transmit your content as needed to operate and improve the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, spam, or harm another person.
- Post sexual, nude, illegal, violent, hateful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
- Solicit money, passwords, payment details, immigration documents, or sensitive personal information.
- Automate access, scrape profiles, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform security.
- Create fake accounts, evade moderation, or use the service for commercial advertising without permission.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or content when we believe there is a safety, legal, policy, fraud, payment, or platform-integrity concern. We may also preserve information when required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
7. Memberships, Free Access, and Boosts
Some features may require a paid membership unless My Latin Love has enabled a free-access period. During a free-access period, membership limits may be disabled for all users, and payment options may be unavailable. Boosts are separate paid features that increase profile visibility for the stated duration.
8. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown before purchase. Unless required by law or expressly approved by us, payments are non-refundable once digital access or boost benefits have been provided.
9. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through the app. The service may retain limited information for a short period after the request and may keep records where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment records, or safety investigations.
10. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country or location.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and guaranteed match outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Latin Love is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for harm arising from user conduct, offline meetings, unauthorized access, payment-provider issues, or third-party services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
